Immaculately clean and huge unit with coffee & tea making machines and glassware. Location - excellent, short walk to many restaurants and spas and the airport and the train into San Francisco. What a really comfortable stay, nothing to complain about.

The location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from city centre was great and stunning. The fact that Millbrae tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. The room was fairly quiet and impressive for a great value and they provided wake-up service when I asked.

Our breakfast was very good with healthy options. The location was marvellous and stunning there, close to restaurants. You can find Taikosho Japanese Bistro next to the hotel to a have lunch. The staff was very-very nice - we can't wait to come back.

Stunningly beautiful and absolutely great place, it has PLEASANT staff with maids. The location is in a great and stunning spot super close to the airport. Millbrae is good for trip, Millbrae underground station is nearby.

The hotel had a very central location and it was a few steps away from Mllbrae Bible Church. The airport was 5 km away. The staff were all pleasant, accommodating. The room was gorgeous and huge, we had down pillows.

Had great experience, overall incredibly beautiful and great place.
Booked the hotel for its marvellous and amazing location next to SFO airport and Millbrae BART/Caltrain station, and the train station leading into San Francisco. The staff was nice and courteous, always there to help. Had very good and excellent breakfasts with healthy options and sausage, for example in the restaurant.
